摘要
利用响应面法优化迎春花多糖提取工艺,在单因素试验基础上,利用中心组合设计试验,考察了超声提取时间、功率、料液比对多糖提取率的影响,并建立回归模型。优化后的工艺为:超声时间16min、功率125 W、料液比1∶16(g/mL),在此条件下迎春花多糖提取率为16.92%。与传统水提法相比有所提高,提取时间大大缩短。
Response surface methodology (RSM)was used to optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharide from Jasminum nudiflorum lindl. On the basis of single factor test, a central composite design(CCD) experiment was conducted and the response surface analysis was employed to investigate the influence of three main factors including extracting time, power and ratio of raw to solvent material on the yield of polysaccharide, and then a regression model was established. The optimum conditions were as follow:time.-16 min,power:125 W,and ratio of raw to solvent material:l: 16 g/mL. Under these conditions,the yield of polysaccharide was 16.92~ ,higher than the traditional reflux extraction,and the extracted time was significantly reduced.
