摘要
根据企业远程培训的特点及发展趋势,分析了远程培训人员的角色定位与专业素养,并据此提出了现代企业远程培训人员的若干培养策略及重点培养内容。
Based on the characteristic and trend of enterprise training, new roles and professional quality of distance training staffs are deeply analyzed in this paper. Moreover, based on the analysis, some cultivation strategies and contents are put forward.
