摘要 多轮重载车转向的角度定位精度直接影响车辆的转向精度和转向稳定性。所研究的多轮重载车采用单马达对应控制单个轮组的转向系统,将Pro/E模型导入到ADAMS软件中建立多轮重载车动力学模型,并以该模型为基础,在AMESim软件中建立阀控马达转向液压系统,基于ADAMS、AMESim和MATLAB软件的联合仿真方法,通过模糊控制对转向系统进行控制研究。仿真结果表明,采用模糊控制能使各轮组在转向时均能达到较高的精度,且超调量小,稳态性能较好。 The angle positioning accuracy of heavy truck with several rounds while it is steering directly affects the steering accu racy and steering stability of the truck. The heavy truck with several rounds studied use the steering system in which single motor corresponding control a single wheel set. Based on the dynamical model in ADAMS imported from Pro/E, a valvecontrolled motor steering hydraulic system is built in AMESim, by method of cosimulation based on ADAMS, AMESim and MATLAB, the research on fuzzy control of the steering system is carried on. The result of the simulation shows that, such a method of fuzzy control can make wheel sets reach high accuracy, small overshoot and good steady state performance while steering.
