摘要 可再制造性评价是判断废旧零/部件再制造价值和可行性的前提。废旧零/部件失效形式和失效程度的多样性导致难以对可再制造性进行快速有效的评价。建立一种基于实例推理的废旧零/部件可再制造性评价模型,从经济可行性、技术可行性、资源可行性和环境可行性四个方面,建立了废旧零/部件可再制造性评价指标体系,提出了基于最近邻域搜索算法的实例推理策略。以机床导轨的可再制造性评价为例,验证了可再制造性评价模型的可行性。 Remanufacturability evaluation is the premise for judging remanufacturing value and feasibility of used components. However, the diversity of failure modes and failure degree leads to the failure of fast and efficient remanufacturability evaluation. Presents a case-based reasoning model for evaluating remanufacturability of used components. The remanufaeturability evaluation index system of used components is established from four feasibility aspects of economic, technology, resources and environment, and the neighborhood search algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, the remanufaeturability evaluation of machine tool guide is taken as an example to illustrate the feasibility of the above evaluation model.
