摘要
介绍了使用大庆原油掺混50%萨里尔原油试生产润滑油基础油期间,各装置的加工情况并对产品性能指标进行了对比。萨里尔原油酸值小,硫、氮含量较低,属于轻质低硫石蜡基原油,适宜生产润滑油基础油。试生产结果表明:通过优化装置的操作条件,减二线可以生产黏度指数大于90的满足HVIIb等级要求的润滑油基础油,减三线可以生产黏度指数大于80的满足HVIIa等级要求的润滑油基础油。
It was introduced that the processing conditions in every plants during pilot production of the lube base oil from Daqing oil mixed with 50% of Sarir oil, and the products performance data compared with. Because of the low acid value, low sulfur and low nitrogen content, the Sarir oil, which belongs to light, paraffin base and sweet crude oil, is suitable for producing lube base oil. The results showed that the lube base oil, which reached to grade of HVIIb and higher than 90 of the viscosity index, was produced from second distillate outlet of vacuum distillation column, for grade of HVIIa and higher than 80 of the viscosity index produced from third distillate outlet of the column by operation parameters optimized.
