摘要
以400~450℃馏分的催化裂化回炼油抽出油作为原料油,1-癸烯或1-十八烯为烷基化剂,分别使用催化剂A和B进行烷基化反应,通过实验确定了适宜的反应条件,并对催化剂性能进行了评价。核磁共振氢谱分析表明:使用催化剂A,在适宜条件下合成的1-十八烯烷基化产物的侧链上β—C(连接芳环支链的第1个碳原子)及以远的亚甲基基团数量大约是原料油的2倍,说明合成的烷基化产物含有一定长度的侧链。
The experiments of alkylation reaction were conducted with catalyst A and B respectively, the extracted oil in 400-450 ℃ of fraction from fluid catalytic cracking recycled oil as raw material,1-decylene and 1-octadecene as alkylating agent,the feasible reaction parameters to be determined by a series of experiments,and performances of the catalysts evaluated. The analytical results of hydrogen spectrum from nuclear magnetic resonance showed that the numbers of methylene group,on side chain of β—C,which was first carbon atom to link the aromatic ring branch chain,and the adjacent position in alkylated product of 1-octadecene,which was synthetised under appropriate conditions with catalyst A,were 2 times that of the raw material oil,presented with a certain length of side chain in product of the alkylation.
