摘要
采用电化学法、扫描电子显微镜和能谱分析法研究了SO42-对316 L不锈钢在含氯循环水中腐蚀的影响。动电位扫描实验结果表明,SO42-在Cl-质量浓度低时可有效抑制点蚀,而在Cl-质量浓度高时不能有效抑制点蚀。扫描电子显微镜和能谱分析结果佐证了这一论点,在Cl-质量浓度较高时,SO42-对Cl-的排斥力已经不足以阻止Cl-在不锈钢表面的吸附,此时SO42-不能有效抑制Cl-的腐蚀作用。
The inlluence of SO4^2- on corrosion of 316 stainless steel in circulating cooling water with CI-is studied by electrochemistry, scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometry (El)S). The resuhs of dynamic potential scanning show that the pitting corrosion is inhibited effectively by SO4^2-in solution of Cl- with low mass concentration, but the effect will disappear in high C1- solution. The results of SEM and EDS are evidenced that when the concentration of Cl- is high, repulsion of SO4^2- to Cl- is not enough to prevent the CI- from adsorbing on surface of the stainless steel and resulted in the corrosion of C1- not inhibited by SO4^2-.
