带钢表面缺陷在线检测系统的设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 带钢表面质量的优劣将直接影响到最终产品的性能和质量。本文研究了一种基于图像处理和模式识别的带钢表面缺陷检测系统,它采用了特殊的软件设计结构和模块化设计的理念,实验表明该软件对钢板表面进行在线式缺陷实时检出,具有较高精度,而且系统对缺陷数据管理并提供报表及打印功能。 The strip surface quality will directly affect the quality of the final product performance and quality. This article studies a kind of strip surface defect detection system based on image processing and pattern recognition. It use a special software design structure and modular design concept. Results show that the software for steel plate surface defects can be online real-time detection and has a high precision, and the system also provide the defect data management, reporting and printing service.
