摘要 目的探讨护士层级管理模式实施效果。方法采取前后对照方式进行研究。研究组为实施层级管理后的护士,对照组为未开展层级管理的护士。比较实施前后科室整体护理质量。结果研究组患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护士技能水平和对患者病情知晓程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护士整体护理质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士层级管理模式不仅提高了科室整体护理质量,而且可以提升患者满意度。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of nurse grading management in the nursing management.Method Our hospital to carry out the nurse hierarchical management model,to take self-controlled manner study design.Study Group for the implementation of hierarchical management nurse after nurse,nurse control group did not carry out hierarchical management nurse.Recorded before and after the implementation of the overall quality of care situation.Result The satisfaction of patients in the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).After the implementation,nurses skills and awareness of the patient's condition were significantly higher than that before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).After the implementation,the quality of nursing care in the life,times,ward management and nursing disputes were better than before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Nurse grading management mode can not only improve the Department of holistic nursing care,but also can improve the patients' satisfaction.
