摘要
以徐州市114个乡镇为研究单元,通过产业结构分析,划分了该市的乡村发展类型,构建了乡村性评价指标体系,对徐州市各乡镇的乡村性进行了定量评价。研究表明:徐州市的农业型、工业型和商贸型乡镇所占区域比重分别是15.80%、16.70%、14.00%,而综合型乡镇所占比重达53.50%。农业型地区乡村性较强(RI>0.55)和居中(0.40<RI<0.55)地区占该类型区的55.60%和33.30%;工矿型地区乡村性较弱(RI<0.40)和居中的乡镇均占到42.11%,商贸型地区乡村性较强和居中的乡镇分别占31.25%和50.00%;综合型地区乡村性较强和居中的乡镇分别占到49.18%和34.43%,较弱的乡镇占16.39%。在此基础上,提出了徐州市乡村发展的分类调控对策,本研究为促进苏北地区乡村转型发展提供了科学依据。
This paper takes 114 towns in Xuzhou City as empirical units, classifies the rural development types in this city by analyzing its industrial structure, i.e. agriculture-dominated rural development type, industry-dominated rural development type, balanced rural development type, and rural development type focusing on business, tourism and providing services. Then, an indicator system was established to assess the rurality index （RI） of different rural development types in Xuzhou City. The results showed： 53.50% of the total territory of Xuzhou City belongs to balanced rural development type, and 15.80%, 16.70% and 14.00% of the total area is respectively shared by agriculture-dominated rural development type, industry-dominated rural development type, and rural development type focusing on business, tourism and providing services. The agriculture-dominated rural development type shows a strong rurality （RI〉0.55） and a moderate rurality （0.40〈RI〈0.55） accounts 55.60% and 33.30%; In the industry-dominated rural development type, the area with a weak rurality （RI〈0.40） and a moderate rurality （0.40〈RI〈0.50） are both taking up 42.11%; In the rural development type focusing on busir/ess, tourism and providing services, the area with a strong and a moderate rurality shares 31.25%, 50.00% of the total, respectively; Almost half （49.18%） of the balanced rural development type with a strong rurality,16.39% of this type with a weak rurality, and 34.43% with a moderate rurality. Finally,some pertinence measures and proposals are put forward on how to promote the development of rural in Xuzhou.
