摘要
目的:了解老年糖尿病患者血糖波动情况,提高对老年糖尿病患者低血糖的知晓率,探讨老年糖尿病患者使用动态血糖仪的护理。方法:采用动态血糖仪对42例老年糖尿病患者进行持续监测3 d,并每天用固定血糖仪监测8段指尖微量血糖对照,下载动态血糖仪信息分析。结果:老年患者血糖波动大,动态血糖监测能提高低血糖的知晓率。结论:动态血糖仪的使用可以帮助护理人员了解老年糖尿病患者血糖波动情况,为老年患者做好低血糖的预防宣教起到重要作用。
Objective To understand the fluctuations in blood glucose levels in elderly type 2 diabetic patients and to raise awareness rate of hypoglycemia in elderly patients. Methods 42 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were the continuous glucose monitoring system （CGMS） for 3 consecutive days . The compared method use blood glueese meter checking the fingertip blood glucose 8 times a day. Ana- lyzed the information from the continuous glucose monitoring system. Results Blood glucose levels in elderly type 2 diabetic patients fluctu- ated largely, CGMS could raise awareness rate of hypoglycemia. Conclusion CGMS earl not only detect information ignored by blood glucose meter, but also detect hypoglycemia with waterlessness. All that can help us make acknowledge of the fluctuations of blood glucose levels, which is very important for the prevention and education of hypoglycemia.
