钻磨法拔除复杂阻生牙的临床研究

摘要 目的:对比钻磨法与劈开法拔除治疗复杂阻生牙的临床效果。方法:选择40例复杂阻生牙患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组与对照组各20例,对照组给予劈开法拔除治疗,观察组给予钻磨法拔除治疗。结果:观察组术后24 h的VAS评分明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出血、肿胀反应、感染等总体并发症发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:钻磨法拔除复杂阻生牙在临床上的应用安全性好,能有效缓解患者的疼痛,从而确保预后良好。
