摘要
高职院校实训基地在学生的培养和发展中发挥着重要作用,高职院校的实训基地在满足学生实训教学的基础之上,应当开展工学结合、校内生产性实训;有机结合当前市场的能力,走真正的实训基地内涵式发展的道路,为培养技能型人才和接轨当前市场做出真正的贡献;只有大力开展实训基地内涵建设才能真正满足人才培养和社会服务的需要。
Practical training base in higher vocational college plays an important role in the development and training of students. Besides meeting the needs of practical training, the practical training base should carry out the combination of engineering and studying, and campus productive training, really make training base develop connotatively, making a real contribution to cultivating talents and integrating the current market. Only the connotation construction of the practice base can really meet the needs of talent training and social service.
