添加表面活性剂注水对煤体解吸瓦斯的影响分析 被引量:19

摘要 利用自制的吸附—注水—解吸实验装置,开展了注纯水和注添加复配的表面活性剂溶液对吸附平衡煤样瓦斯解吸规律的影响实验。研究结果表明:在相同解吸时间内,注纯水煤样的瓦斯解吸量比注表面活性剂溶液煤样的瓦斯解吸量大;随着注水压力的升高及添加表面活性剂注水,压力水能够进入煤体的更细微孔隙,水分对瓦斯的封堵作用更明显,煤样瓦斯解吸量均减小;添加表面活性剂可大幅度降低水的表面张力,提高煤体的润湿效果,对煤体解吸瓦斯影响显著。 With the self-designed adsorption and water infusion and desorption device, the experiments of the influence of water infusion upon gas desorption of coal samples were done by injecting the pure water and the water added with surfactant solution. The results showed that the gas desorption amount of coal sample injected with the pure water was larger than that of coal sample injected with the water added with surfactant solution in the same desorption time. With the increase of water infusion pressure and the addition of surfactant solution into the water, the pressure water can enter the smaller pores of coal, the moisture played a more remarkable blocking role to the gas and the gas desorption amount of coal samples decreased. Adding surfaetant solution into water can greatly reduce the surface tension of pure water and improve the wetting effect of coal body, so the water infusion by adding surfactant solution has obvious effect on gas desorption of coal.
