摘要
基于发动机油品质变化的复杂过程,针对高原环境对机油的影响,对高原客运柴油发动机油进行取样,检测机油污染程度的同时进行质量指标检测,并对主要质量指标进行分析。试验结果表明,油样的大多数质量指标都在国家标准规定范围内,只有碱值达到标准,粘度超标,参照国家标准,推荐合适的换油周期。
Based on the complex change process of engine oil quality and the impact of plateau environment on engine oil, a sample of diesel engine oil of a coach in the plateau environment was taken to detect the pollution degree and quality indicators of the engine oil, and then the main quality indicators were analyzed. The test results show that most of the quality indicators of the oil sample are within the range of national standards; only the base value reaches the upper limit and viscosity exceeds the upper limit. Finally, with reference to national standards, this research recommends the suitable drain interval.
