摘要
大口径火炮自动开闩时开闩凸轮会与开闩板产生严重碰撞,不同情况下碰撞开闩阻力也不同。建立的简单开闩数学模型和理论关闩簧力的计算为解决炮闩机构中的其他问题提供参考,以虚拟样机软件ADAMS为工具,建立火炮开闩动力学刚体模型,研究不同工况下开闩阻力特性及复进速度,研究不同抽壳阻力对开闩阻力的影响关系,分析复进合力,为准确研究开闩阻力特性提供依据,对研究火炮的复进稳定性具有重要意义。
When the breechblock of a large caliber gun was automatically opened, the breechblock opening cam would have a serious impact on the breechblock opening plate. The resistances of breechblock opening are different under different conditions. A simple breechblock opening mathematical model was estab-lished to calculate the theoretical force of breechblock closing spring. This result can provide a reference for studying the other problems in the breechblock mechanism. A kinetic rigid model of breechbloek opening in the large caliber gun was established based on the virtual prototyping software ADAMS, the software can he used to study the resistance characteristics of breechhlock opening and the counter-recoil speed under different conditions. The influence relationship between extraction force and breechblock opening resistance was studied to analysis the resultant force of counter-recoil. The research results can provide the basis for the precision study of breechblock opening resistance characteristics. This result has important significance in studying gun stability during counter-recoil.
