摘要
目的:探讨高校学生工作下社区的新方法与新思路。方法:在学生社区试点,有针对性地开展前期调查、中期访问、结果分析。结果:"时间银行"的参与情况符合不同性别与年级学生的心理规律,"时间银行"朝着积极健康的方向发展,会员满意度高,从互助结果看,互助的频率与内容难易程度有关。结论:"时间银行"以一种创新的形式活跃社区,在中国高校中还是首创,促进了大学社区平稳健康向前发展。
103 teachers being the objects of study and with questionnaire being used in the research,the paper studies the developmental differences in the relationship between teachers' emotional capability and their power of acceptance and being accepted. The statistic results show that there exist different degrees of positive correlation between teacher's emotional capability and their power of acceptance or being ac- cepted. The power el" acceptance can predict the teachers' emotional capability. As for the relationship of emotional capability and the power of acceptance and being accepted, significant differences can be found between excellent teachers and common teachers. Therefore, teachers' edu- cation should start from excellent teachers, emphasizing cultivating emotional capability, enhancing the quality of the majority of teachers, estab- lishing a good teacher- student relationship,helping teachers to accept themselves and others positively,improving the mental health of teachers and students, so as to effectively promote mental health education of the school.
