摘要
构建城乡教师学习实践共同体是成都市中小学教师专业发展构想之一。文章紧密结合成都市中小学教师专业发展实际,提出了要构建城乡教师学习实践共同体,需组建一批供农村骨干教师、校长进城跟岗研修的实践学习基地学校。文章从审查、设计、行动、监测与评估的角度对农村骨干教师进城跟岗基地学校的建设与运作进行探讨,以期对教师专业发展起到一定的推动作用。
Constructing a learning conanunity for teachers in urban and na-al areas is one of the most important ways to achieve the contin- uous professional development of the teachers in Chengdu. Based on the reality of the professional development of the teachers in primary and secondary schools in Chengdu, the paper puts forwartl the importance of comtructing a learning corranunity, establishing base schools providing study for naal backbone teachers and principals. The paper discusses the construction and operation of these base schools fro the aspects of in- vestigation, design, behavior, supervision and assessment in order to promote the professional development of the teachers.
