事业单位的改革给福建高校的发展带来了深刻的影响,福建高校要生存发展就必须从开拓渠道吸引外来投资,深化行政管理体制改革吸引生源,控制成本实施有效财务监督,运用市场规律盘活资产等方面筹措和节约资金,实现资源的效益最大化,以市场化的运作机制应对市场化,把压力转变为机遇。
