80例冠心病患者临床治疗体会

摘要 目的 总结 80例冠心病患者临床治疗体会,探讨冠心病的合理有效治疗方法.方法 本院 2011年 1月 ~2013年 1月间收治的冠心病患者 80例,所有患者均给予基础治疗,同时给予分型和合并症治疗,随访 6个月 ~1年,观察临床效果.结果 治疗 3个月后,患者血液学各项指标均有明显改善 （P〈0.05）,随访 6个月 ~1年,80例患者仅 3例死亡,其余 77例患者病情均得到缓解.结论 冠心病患者个体差异大,采用药物治疗时应根据患者具体情况,确定合理的综合治疗方案,及早进行干预治疗,提高患者生活质量.
