23例结肠癌致肠梗阻螺旋CT的诊断体会 被引量：13

摘要 目的 探讨结肠癌在螺旋 CT影像的诊断价值.方法 选取本院 2012年 8月 ~2013年 6月经手术或结肠镜确诊的结肠癌患者 23例,X线、CT及内镜检查资料进行回顾性分析.结果 在诊断结肠占位准确方面,23例全部经 CT检查出 21例,准确率为 91.36%;X线检查出 14例,准确率为60.87%.23例中 18例经内镜检查均结肠腺癌.结论 结肠癌致肠梗阻螺旋 CT诊断准确率高、无创伤性、适应性宽,为诊断及治疗提供依据,值得推广.
