摘要
目的 探讨家庭护理干预对宫颈癌化疗患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响.方法 选取浙江省肿瘤医院2011年2月~2013年3月收治的86例宫颈癌化疗患者为研究对象,根据有无开展舒适护理将卵巢癌化疗患者分为常规护理组和家庭护理干预组,常规护理组常规护理组患者仅给予宫颈癌常规护护理措施,而家庭护理干预组患者则给予家庭护理干预措施,比较两组患者负性情绪和生活质量.结果 经干预,家庭护理干预组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分为(41.15±4.43)分,抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分为(41.13±4.42)分,均明显低于常规护理组[(47.91±4.60)、(49.72±4.53)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P< 0.05).家庭护理干预组患者生活质量为(92.43±5.48)分,明显高于常规护理组患者[(80.54±5.36)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在宫颈癌化疗患者中开展家庭护理干预能够明显降低宫颈癌化疗患者的焦虑抑郁程度,提高患者的生活质量.
Objective To investigate the negative emotions and quality of life by family nursing intervention in the chemotherapy patients with cervical cancer.Methods 86 chemotherapy patients with cervical cancer who were treated in the Department of Gynaecology of the Cancer Hospital in Zhejiang Province from February 2011 to March 2013 were chosen as the research objects.They were divided into the conventional care group and the family nursing intervention group according to carrying out the family nursing intervention intervention measures,patients in the conventional care group were given routine nursing measures,patients in the family nursing intervention group were given nursing measures under the guidance of the family nursing intervention mode.The negative emotions and the quality of life were evaluated.Results The scores of anxiety of (41.15±4.43) scores and depression of (41.13±4.42) scores in the family nursing intervention group were lower than those in the conventional care group [(47.91±4.60),(49.72±4.53) scores],with significant difference (P < 0.05); the scores of the quality of life of (92.43±5.48) scores in the family nursing intervention group were higher than those in the conventional care group [(80.54±5.36) scores],with significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention measures under the guide of the family nursing intervention mode can reduce the degree of anxiety and depression in chemotherapy patients with cervical cancer,and improve the patient's quality of life.
