摘要
班级是学生成长的精神家园。中学生最具有发展性,我们应以发展性的眼光看待学生和班集体,不断调整班级管理策略。建设发展性班级集体,班主任要确立"以人为本"的教育观,在管理策略上要体现三个重要转变:从班主任全程管理转为学生全员管理;从班级刚性强制管理转向班级柔性民主管理;从班级管理重纪律制约转为重文化认同。
The class is the spiritual home of students' growth.Middle school students are of the most developmental nature, so we should treat them with a developmental perspective and continuously adjust the strategy of class management. To construct a developmental class collective, the head teacher should establish the "people-oriented" education idea, and reflect three important changes in management strategy: from the head teacher's whole-process management to the whole-scale management of students; from rigid compulsory management to flexible democratic management; from the center of principle to cultural identity in class management.
