摘要
现今年轻博士在高校的师资力量中已经占据了一席之地,且因其具有良好的专业课基础,进入高校后一般都直接承担着讲授专业课的角色。本文针对年轻博士如何迅速适应高校专业课教学进行总结、探讨,且从六个方面入手来帮助年轻博士迅速适应高校专业课教学。
Nowadays,young doctors have had a place in college faculties,and generally,due to their excellent basis of professional courses,they immediately take the roles of teaching professional courses as soon as they enter colleges.In this paper,we summarize and discuss how young doctors quickly adapt to college professional courses teaching,and help young doctors quickly adapt to this work from six aspects.
