摘要
本文基于TESIS DYNAware软件搭建了高压共轨柴油机模型并进行了数据参数化,将此模型作为被控对象验证电控单元(ECU)静态和动态控制算法,仿真实验结果显示,在定转速和变转速等不同控制状态下,ECU硬件在环仿真台架的测试结果与发动机台架实验结果吻合良好,验证了ECU的静态和动态控制逻辑的正确性。
Model based on TESIS DYNAware software for high pressure common rail diesel engine was used to verify control logic of ECU on HIL test-bed. The results showed that outcome of HIL was close to outcome of test-bench when engine speed is constant or var- ied, so the logic of ECU is accurate and reliable.
