摘要
探讨从护理管理的模式实施对控制医疗费用的快速增长,缓解"看病难、看病贵"等问题中的效果,本文通过实施电脑录入,落实违规收费,严格控制不合理收费及漏记费,做好患者沟通,处理好费用纠纷等措施。提高了医院整体医疗费用的监控能力,有效的控制医疗费用的过快增长,改善了医患关系,提高了患者的满意度,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
This article studies the effect of nursing management mode on controlling the rapid growth of medical expense and remitting＂the difficulty and the costliness in seeing a doctor＂. Through measures including computerization, violation charges, strict control of unreasonable charge and billing leakage, communicating with patients, handling cost dispute well and so on, the overall medical expense monitoring ability is improved, and the rapid growth of medical expense is controlled effectively. The doctor-patient relationship is improved and patients are more satisfied. Good social benefits and economic benefits are achieved.
