摘要
首先剖析了知识、知识创新概念的演进,并论证了创新环境对于战略性新兴产业集群知识创新的促进作用;然后在此基础上构建了产业集群知识创新环境的评价体系,并以湖南为例,对其八大战略性新兴产业集群的创新环境进行评价;最后对针对其存在的问题提出了促进战略性新兴产业集群知识创新的环境建设的对策建议。
Abstract ：This paper analyzes the evolution of the concept of the knowledge, knowledge innovation, and demonstrates that the promotion role of the environment for strategic and emerging industry cluster knowledge innovation ; then constructs the evaluation system of industry cluster knowledge innovation environment, and then makes a case study on Hunan Province by evaluating and analysis sing the innovation environment of eight strategic emerging industry clusters ; At last, puts forward some fit suggestions for promoting the innovation environment construction of the strategic emerging industry cluster.
