摘要
大力发展环保产业和提升环保技术水平是推进生态文明建设和促进我国经济社会快速可持续发展的重要保障。首先从宏观经济环境、环保产业现状、生态环境污染三个角度探讨了构建环保产业"产学研"合作模式的必要性,其次基于三螺旋框架从驱动力、合作、利益分配三个角度构建了环保产业"产学研"合作模式,为我国环保科技事业的发展提供了理论基础。
Developing environmental protection industry and enhance the level of environmental protection technology is important guarantee to promoting the construction of ecological civilization and promote the rapid economic and social sustainable development. This article discusses the construction of environmental protection industry the necessity of＂ Production, Education ＆ Research ＂ cooperation mode from the macroeconomic environment, the situation of environmental protection industry and ecological environment pollution, and constructs the environmental protection industry ＂ Production, Education ＆ Research ＂ cooperation mode based on three spiral framework from the Angle of driving force, cooperation, distribution of interests three, provides a theoretical basis for the development of environmental science and technology of China.
