小分子簇水对老年大鼠血糖、血脂水平的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨小分子簇水对老年大鼠血糖、血脂水平的影响。方法取40只Wistar老年大鼠(18个月),随机分为空白对照组(饮用农夫山泉水),小分子簇水组(饮用小分子簇水),每组20只。3个月后检测大鼠血糖、血脂、肝、肾功能的变化。结果与对照组比较,小分子簇水组血糖、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平明显降低(P<0.05),肝功能谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的水平明显降低(P<0.001,P<0.01,P<0.05),尿素氮(BUN)水平明显降低(P<0.01)。且该水能抑制老年大鼠的TG及LDL水平的升高;抑制丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶及ALP的活性升高;抑制BUN含量升高。结论小分子簇水具有明显的改善老年大鼠血糖、血脂水平,保肝、清除体内代谢物的保健功能。 Objective The effect of low molecular clusters water on the levels of blood glucose and blood lipids of senile rats. Methods Forty senile rats (18 months old) were randomly divided into model group (control) which were given farmer mountain spring and low molecular clusters water group (LW) which were given low molecular clusters water, twenty rats in each group. The senile rats were administered by intragastric administration for three months. Results Compared with those of control group, the levels of blood glucose, TG and LDL in LW group were significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the levels of ALT, AST and ALP were significantly decreased ( P 〈 0. 001, P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ) and the level of BUN was significantly decreased (P 〈 0. 01 ). The low molecular clusters water inhibited rising levels of TG,LDL, ALT, AST, ALP, BUN of senile rats. Conclusions Low molecular clusters water could significantly improve the levels of blood glucose, blood lipid of senile rats, which could protect liver function and clear metabolites in the body.
