膝关节前交叉韧带损伤术后疗效及股四头肌力量恢复 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究前交叉韧带重建术后疗效及股四头肌力量恢复的手段。方法通过自体腱以及同种异体腱重建前交叉韧带,术后平均8个月(7~10个月)进行综合运动康复疗法及评估,主要测试方法为术后Lysholm膝关节评分、IKDC评分、KT-2000、髌上10cm大腿围、Biodex3等速肌力测试,比较两组之间的差别。结果术后Lysholm膝关节评分、IKDC评分、KT-2000、髌上10cm大腿围、Biodex3等速肌力测试,两组之间无统计学差异,但是患侧与健侧相比有~定的差距。结论两组术后短期内股四头肌肌力无明显差异;异体肌腱也是前交叉韧带重建时较好的移植肌腱。
