摘要
从先驱体转化法存在的问题出发 ,阐述了添加活性填料的意义和特点 ,介绍了活性填料控制的先驱体裂解过程中的尺寸变化、化学热力学和反应动力学以及制备陶瓷基复合材料的特点及国内外研究现状 ,并展望了未来发展。
In this paper,the characteristics and recent studies at home and abroad on preparing ceramic matrix compsites by active filler controlled pyrolysis of polymer precursor are reviewed.From the point of existing disadvantages of precursor pyrolysis process,such as high porosity and shrinkage of ceramics obtained.The means to overcome these disadvantages are introduced, and the future development of such a method is also prospected.
