急性白血病CD47的表达和疗效预后的关系 被引量:2

The relationship between CD47 expression and clinical prognosis in acute leukemia

摘要 目的探讨CD47在急性白血的表达及临床意义。方法流式细胞仪检测183例急性白血病患者骨髓CD47的表达,以及聚合酶链反应-变性高效液相色谱检测FLT3-ITD突变,Real-Time PCR检测BCRABL融合基因。分析各亚型急性白血病的CD47表达差异以及CD47阳性与高白细胞,完全缓解率和复发的影响。结果急性白血病CD47较健康对照组明显高表达,AML中,AML-M0,M4和M6表达高,ALL中T细胞较B细胞ALL表达高,CD47的高表达与高白细胞有关,AML中FLT3-ITD突变与CD47无关,但是BALL的BCR-ABL阳性与CD47表达有关,而且CD47阳性白血病患者CR率低,AML患者CD47阳性容易复发。结论 CD47在AL的表达可以判断AL疗效,也是AML复发的一个独立因素。 Objective To explore the role of CD47 in acute leukemia.Methods CD47 expression in 183 patients with acute leukemia was assayed by flow cytometry,and polymerase chain reaction-denaturing high performance liquid chromatography was used to detect FLT3-ITD mutation,real-Time PCR was used for BCR-ABL fusion gene detection.The CD47 expression difference,and the influence of CD47 on high acute leukemia,complete remission and recurrence were analyzed in various subtypes of acute leukemia.Results CD47 expression was higher in acute leukemia than health control group.In AML,AML-MO,M4 and M6 showed high expression,while T cell showed higher expression than B cell expression in ALL.CD47 high expression was related to high leukemia.FLT3-ITD mutation has nothing to do with CD47 in ALL,while BCR-ABL positive was related to CD47 expression in B-ALL.CR was found low in CD47 positive leukemia cases and AML patients with CD47 positive were more likely to relapse.Conclusion The expression of CD47 in AL can determine the curative effect and is an independent factor of AML recurrence.
