摘要
研究对9,9-二苯基芴的合成方法按照不同原料进行了概述,主要以芴、芴酮、联苯为常见原料制备9,9-二苯基芴。其中,制备9,9-二苯基芴最为经典有效的方法是以2-卤代联苯为起始原料,经格式试剂加成得到醇,而后傅氏反应得到9,9-二苯基芴。该方法虽然是二步反应,但是容易操作,原料较易得到,产品易提纯,收率高。
This paper we reviewed the synthesis of 9,9- diphenylfluorene. Raw materials included the fluorene,fluorenone and biphenyl. A general and efficient synthesis of 9,9- diphenylfluorene has been developed. This methodology is realized by a two steps Grignard addition and Friedel-Crafts cyclization reactions catalyzed by Lewis or Bronsted acid to form the desired fluorene rings. The method offered several advantages such as high yield,high selective,mild reaction condition,easily accessible starting materials,etc.
