摘要
目的探讨对精神病合并躯体疾病患者实施联合护理查房的效果。方法患者所在科室遇有其他科室护理问题时,向护理部提出申请,邀请所涉病种科室护士长或中、高级职称护士对精神病合并躯体疾病的患者进行护理查房。结果提高了精神科护士基础理论、操作技能水平和护理质量(P<0.01),提高了患者和医生的护理满意度(P<0.01)。结论联合护理查房可提高精神科护士对精神病合并躯体疾病患者的临床护理技能和专业知识水平,密切了护患关系,利于患者康复。
Objective To explore the effects of joint nursing ward rounds on nursing quality of psychiatric patients with somatic diseases. Methods If a patient in one department had problems of other departments,this department could apply to nursing department and invite head nurse or nurses with medium or senior title to make the joint ward nursing round for this psychiatric patient. Results After the implementation of joint nursing ward round,the psychiatric nurses ' basic theoretical knowledge and skills and the nursing quality all improved( P < 0. 01),the nursing satisfaction of doctors and patients also improved( P <0. 01). Conclusion Joint nursing ward round can improve the clinical nursing skills and professional knowledge related to somatic diseases of psychiatric nurses,make the nurse-patient relationship more close and promote patients' recovery.
