摘要
运用文献资料、实地考察、问卷调查等研究方法,对中、日、韩三国学校足球竞赛体系的培养目标、组织结构、赛事系统、规章制度以及竞赛资源等构成要素进行系统分析与比较,找出三国之间的特点与不同。根据国情,借鉴日本和韩国的成功经验,展望我国学校足球竞赛体系的发展思路:确立明确的竞赛培养目标、理顺竞赛管理的组织结构、形成系统多元的赛事系统、制定完善科学的规章制度、优化竞赛资源和足球环境。
This article makes a comparison on the development situation of football competition system at school in China, Japan and South Korea based on the literature, questionnaire survey and interviews methods, including competition goals, organization structures, competition systems, rules and regulations and competition resourses, etc. It finds the difference with three countries. Therefore, under such circumstance, the anthor learns from the two countries and points out the development train of thought on the youth football competition system at school in China: Clearly establishing the overall goal and the level target ; combing the organization structure of the competi- tion management; forming systematic and diversed event systems ; laying down perfect and scientific rules and reg- ulations ; optimizing the competition resources and the environment.
