摘要
采用机械共混方法,将艾蒿超细粉体加入细菌纤维素溶液中制得共混膜;通过显微镜观察共混膜的形态结构,并对膜的力学性能、透湿性能、吸湿保湿性能和抗菌性能进行了研究。结果表明,共混膜表面平整,艾蒿超细粉体在膜中分布均匀,随着艾蒿超细粉体含量的增加,共混膜断裂强度与吸湿率逐渐下降,透湿性能先增强后减小,在艾蒿添加量为5%时达到最强;保湿率先增大后减小,在艾蒿添加量为7%时达到最大;抗菌效果逐渐增强,艾蒿超细粉体含量超过5%后,抗菌效果明显。
The blended membrane is prepared by adding Artemisia ultrafine powders into bacterial cellulose solution.The morphological structure of the blended membrane is studied by microscopy and SEM.The mechanical property,moisture permeability,moisture absorption and moisture retention,as well as antibacterial property are investigated.The results show that the blended membrane has a smooth surface,and Artemisia ultrafine powders are well-distributed among the membrane.With the increased content of Artemisia ultrafine powders,the breaking strength and moisture absorption decrease,while the moisture permeability and moisture retention increase and reach the maximum with 5 % and 7% of Artemisia ultrafine powders respectively.The antibacterial property of blended membrane is improved as the content of Artemisia ultrafine powders is above 5%.
