摘要
目的 :观察扶正攻坚胶囊配合化疗治疗胃癌的减毒增效作用。方法 :随机分为治疗组 32例 ,在常规化疗的同时口服扶正攻坚胶囊 ,每次 5粒 ,每日 3次 ,连服 2月以上 ,对照组 30例单用化疗。结果 :显示二组近期疗效无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。在减轻化疗毒副反应 ,提高患者生存质量和延长生存期方面有显著疗效 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :扶正攻坚胶囊配合化疗治疗晚期胃癌是有效的。
Objective:To observe the effects of FuZhengGongJian(FZGJ)capsules in attenuating toxicity and potentiating efficacy on gastric carcinoma under chemotherapy.Methods:All patients were at random divided into the treatment group(32 cases) and the control group(30 cases).The former had been given 5 orally FZGJ capsules orally each time,t.i.d for over two months,the latter received ordinary chemotherapy.Results:No obvious difference in the short term therapeutic effects existed between the two groups( P >0.05).FZGJ capsules possessed pronounced therapeutic effects on attenuating toxicity and untoward reaction of chemotherapy,improving the life quality of the patients and prolonging the span of life ( P <0.05).Conclusion:FZGJ capsules can play a supporting role in the treatment of the late gastric carcinoma under chemotherapy. \ \
