摘要
三维设计对轧钢机配管工作有着很强的指导意义,该文基于三维设计软件进行轧钢机液压配管设计,不但可以预先制定管路的整体布局,细化单根管路的走向,计算出各种接头、阀、以及素材等相关件所需的数量、长度和尺寸,它还可以更加形象直观的指导现场预制,安装,修改等工作。经理论和实践证明,三维设计能提高配管设计效率,节约配管成本。
The Three-dimension (3D)design has strong guiding significance for rolling machine piping,this paper discuss the hydraulic piping design in rolling machine based on 3D software,because 3D design can pre-establish the whole outlay of the pipe,refine the direction of single pipeline,calculate the requirements of various joints,valves,material and other relative parts,and visually and directly guide the pre-made,fixing,modifying and other jobs on the site.Proved by theory and practice,3D design can effectively save the cost of the piping and improve the efficiency of piping.
