摘要
本文在建立吸油阀动态特性数学模型的基础上.以吸油阀的动态特性表达式为目标函数,合理确定约束条件.用“外点法”及BAISC 语言进行优化设计.以此优化设计某压力机阀式泵的吸油阀,经计算可使液压泵排油量提高6%以上.经稳定性分析.优化设计的吸油阀工作稳定.
This paper presents an optimization design method, in which a mathematic model of dynamic characteristics or suction valve is established and an expression of the suction valve is employed as its object function. Several restrain conditions are determined rationally. Optimization design is carried on by means of 'punishing function method' and BA8IC language. A suction valve or valve controlled pump of certain press is designed by means or optimization design method. Calculation shows that quantity of drainage or fluid pump increases by a percentage of above 6%. Stability analysis shows that the surction valve works stably.
