摘要
本文主要介绍Ａｐｐｌｅ Ⅱ微机在俄歇电子能谱数据采集及数据处理中硬件和软件的设计．本 系统软件包括数据采集、数据快速显示和分段处理、数据平滑、扣本底、谱图微分与积分等．此 外还配有一个常用的数据库．本系统的最大特点是成本低、功能强、使用简单、方便．
This paper mainly introduces the design of hardware and software for data acquisi- tion and data processing by an Apple Ⅱ computer.The software of this system involves data acquisition, quick data display and sectioning, data smoothing (four methods), back- ground subtraction (three methods). differentiation and integration and so on. In addition, a data base is established, which stores the relative sensitivity factors, Auger transition types, Auger peak positions, the element symbols and the atomic numbers of the main elements in the Periodic Table. The outstanding features of this system arc low in cost, plentiful in functions, and easy to operate.
