摘要
目的探讨人工股骨头置换术后应用护理临床路径护理后的患肢功能康复效果,为临床护理提供参考。方法将68例行股骨头置换术的患者随机分成试验组和对照组各34例,对照组进行常规护理,试验组则按照事先拟定好的护理临床路径来实施各项护理和相关内容宣教。术后2周统计、比对2组并发症及术后6个月应用Harris功能评分标准对髋关节功能进行评分,比较2组之间的功能康复效果。结果术后2周试验组并发症低于对照组(χ2=7.950,P<0.01),术后6个月髋关节功能Harris评分等级2组差异无统计学意义(χ2=4.170,v=3,P>0.05)。试验组住院天数、住院费用均明显低于对照组(t=2.711和t=6.941,均P<0.01),患者满意度和相关知识掌握情况均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论人工股骨头置换术后患者应用临床护理路径可减少并发症,促进患肢功能恢复,符合现代护理学的理念,是一种适合推广的护理模式。
[ Objective ] To study the effect of clinical nursing path on early limb function rehabilitation in patients undergoing artificial femoral head arthroplasty, provide the basis for clinical nursing. [ Methods ] 68 patients undergoing artificial femoral head arthroplasty were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 34 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing method, and the experimental group received the nursing care and health education according to clinical nurs- ing path. The incidence rates of complications 2 weeks after operation were compared between two groups. The function of hip joint 6 months after operation was assessed by Harris function scores, to compare the effect of function rehabilitation between two groups. [ Results ] The incidence rate of complications 2 weeks after operation in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group （ X^2 = 7. 950 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference in function of hip joint 6 months after operation （ Harris scores ） between two groups （ X2 = 4.170, ~, = 3, P 〉 0.05 ）. The hospitalization days and cost in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ t = 2. 711 and t = 6. 941, both P 〈 0.05 ）. The satisfaction and awareness rate of related knowledge in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] The clini- cal nursing path can reduce the complications in patients undergoing artificial femoral head arthroplasty and improve the limb function rehabilitation, which accords with the idea of modern nursing, and is worth popularizing in clinic.
