摘要
目的分析北京市房山区2009—2012年院前急救的反应能力,为提升急救能力建设提供参考。方法利用北京市急救中心存档的房山区院前急救系统2009—2012年间的相关急救数据,分析受理时间、信息传递时间、出车时间、行驶时间、院内反应时间和呼叫反应时间等六个指标特征。结果2009~2012年间,房山区院前急救系统出车次数平均增长速度为2.7%;受理时间中位数为2.5min,信息传递时间中位数为0.2min,出车时间中位数为0.8min,院内反应时间中位数为5.0min,到达现场时间中位数为17.2min,呼叫反应时间中位数为22.5min。出车时间与院内反应时间逐年缩短,到达现场时间逐年增长,呼叫反应时间基本不变。结论2009-2012年间,房山区院前急救需求呈明显增长趋势,出车时间、院内反应时间等院前急救主观反应能力有所提高,但由于区域地理特征、交通条件等客观因素的影响,院前急救整体反应能力的提升仍面临较大挑战。
Objective To investigate the response ability of prehospital emergency from 2009 to 2012 in Fangshan, Beijing, and to provide references to improve emergency service. Methods Data of emergency service from 2009 to 2012 in Fangshan Emergency Medical Center were used to analyze the indicators such as the alerting time, the information passing time, the dispatch time, the road time, the response time in hospital, and the response time, etc. Results From 2009 to 2012, the average growth rate of service times was 2.7%. The median of alerting time was 2.5 min, median of information passing time was 0.2 min, median of dispatch time was 0.8 min, median of response time in hospital was 5.0 min, median of road time was 17.2 min, and median of response time was 22.5 min. Dispatch time and response time in hospital were shortened by years, while road time was lengthened by years and response time almost remained constant. Conclusion From 2009 to 2012, the need of emergency service in Fangshan has increased, and the road time, the response time in hospital have been shortenedHowever, there~ still a challenge for improving response ability since geographical and traffic conditions.
