摘要
超低频振动信号参数的检测在工程应用方面前景广阔,针对原有测量系统难以应对复杂的工程环境问题而设计了一种新型的信号采集系统。该系统中的VFC电路的特殊工作原理使得其能解决实际工程应用中产生的高频脉冲干扰问题。该系统经过试验标定,精度达到了0.88%,可以完成对超低频信号的精确测量,具有一定的应用价值。
The detection of ultra-low frequency vibration has a broad prospect in engineering applications. This articte de- signed a new signal acquisition system for the original one could not bear the complex engineering environment. The VFC circuit in the system could solve high-frequency pulse interference problems appeared in the practical engineering applications, relaying on its special working principle. Calibration test results of the system show that the precision reached to 0.88%, which can make it mea- sure ultra-low frequency signal accurately and have a certain application value.
