摘要
在分析我国供销系统农产品批发市场发展优势与所面临挑战的基础上,本文明确了供销系统农产品批发市场发展的战略取向,并提出了可供选择的发展战略,认为我国供销系统农产品批发市场发展具有后发优势、组织优势和基础条件优势,应该在坚持前瞻性与现实性相结合、公益性和盈利性相结合、强调网络作业和系统功能、关注优势环节与主导领域的原则下,实施以联合合作为基础的网络化发展战略、以发挥优势为原则的差异化发展战略、以提高影响力为目标的投资扩张战略和以健全功能为导向的市场提升战略。
The development strategies of agricultural product wholesale market in cooperative system are proposed based on the analysis of advantages of cooperative, new challenges and strategic direction. The results show that cooperative system has late-mover advantage, organizational advantage and basic condition advantage: and we should take network strategy to promote unitization and cooperation, differentiation strategy to exploit the advantages, investment expansion strategy to improve market influence and market promotion strategy to improve function for its agricultural product wholesale market development.
