摘要 为了探索培养OHS优质单晶的优化条件,本义研究了过饱和OHS 溶液的成核,测量了以诱导期表示的成核速率,报告了温度、过饱和度和溶剂对成核速率的影响,并根据经典成核理论计算了晶体的表面张力、成核自由能和临界成核半径。 For the purpose of looking for the optimum conditions or growing the OHS crys- tals of high quality, the mucleation in supersaturated OHS solution has been studied in this paper. The rates of nucleation as indicated by the induction period are measured. The effects of temperature, supersaturation and solvent on the nucleation rates are repored. The interfacial tension, energy of formation and critical recluis or nuclei of the crystal are calcu- lated based on the classical nucleation theory.
