摘要
随着企业信息化进程的不断推进,IT业务由分散逐渐转向集中管控,日益增加的信息系统和以指数级增长的业务数据对传统的IT运维模式提出了挑战。昆明供电局利用VMware服务器虚拟化技术和EMC V-Max的存储虚拟化技术,整合了服务器和存储资源,提升了已有IT资源的利用率,优化了IT运维模式,为昆明供电局绿色信息机房的建设迈出了坚实的一步。
With the ongoing informatization construction of Kunming Power Supply Company （KPSC） and its counties, the IT businesses mode change from dispersion to centralization, the increasing information systems and business data growth with an exponential order speed pose a challenge for the traditional IT management mode. The server virtualization technology and EMC V-Max storage virtualization technology are used in Kunming Power Supply Company to integrate servers and storages resources in order to improve the utilization rate of 1T resources and optimize the resource utilization mode. Application of the virtualization technology lays a solid foundation for the future construction of green machine room.
