两个田间稻瘟病菌株杂交后代的致病性分离及其遗传学分析 被引量:6

Genetic analysis on segregation of pathogenicity in sexual progeny from a cross of Magnaporthe grisea isolates from rice field

摘要 报道了两个田间水稻稻瘟病菌菌株杂交后代在 13个已知抗性基因品种上的致病性分离及遗传学分析结果。 10 0个子囊孢子菌株中呈现显著的致病性分离 ,共出现 5 4种致病类型 ,在不同的品种上分别出现 1∶1,1∶3 ,3∶1,7∶9和 9∶7的无毒性 /毒性分离 ,表明供试菌株对不同品种的无毒性 /毒性是受不同基因控制的。遗传学分析结果表明 ,亲本菌株对品种新 2号和露明的无毒性 /毒性是受单基因控制的 ,对品种藤坂 5号、K6 0和K5 9的无毒性 /毒性是由 2个基因控制的 ,对品种爱知旭和草笛的无毒性 /毒性是由 4个基因控制的。 A cross was made between two isolates of Magnaporthe grisea that derived from rice plants.A total of 100 ascospore isolates were tested for pathogenicity on 13 rice cultivars which resistance genes have been determined.Fifty four pathotypes were clearly observed in the sexual progeny.The segregation ratio of avirulence/virulence was 1∶1,1∶3,3∶1,7∶9 and 9∶7 respectively on different rice cultivars,which indicated that the avirulence/virulence for different cultivar was controlled by different genes.Genetic analysis showed that avirulence/virulence on Shin 2 and Tsuyuake were controlled by one gene,on Fujisaka,K60 and K59 were controlled by 2 genes,and on Achi Ashahi and Kusabue were controlled by 4 genes in tested parental isolates,respectively.
