摘要
地理信息系统(GIS)以其强大的空间数据处理和分析能力,已被广泛应用于疾病预防控制领域。文章就GIS在防治艾滋病研究工作中的应用现状作简单综述,概括5大热点方面,为更深层次的应用提供依据。随着艾滋病监测数据收集与共享能力的不断提高,未来GIS将更好地服务于艾滋病防治领域。
Geographic information system （GIS） has been widdy used in the fields of disease control and preven- tion for its processing spatial data. The article summarized its current application on HIV/AIDS associated research, composed of five major aspects, and provided evidence for further application. As the improvement of data collecting and sharing capacity, GIS would play more important role for AIDS prevention and control in the future.
