高血压患者依那普利、阿罗洛尔治疗后血浆内皮素、一氧化氮的变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨内皮素 (ET)、一氧化氮 (NO)在高血压发病和治疗学中的意义 .方法  6 0例原发性高血压(EH)患者随机分为两组 ,分别口服依那普利 (5~ 10mg/d)及阿罗洛尔 (2 0~ 30mg/d) ,疗程为 6周 .放免法测定治疗前后血浆ET、NO水平 .结果 EH患者血ET水平较对照组明显升高 (p <0 .0 5 ) ,NO水平明显降低 (p <0 .0 0 1) ,组内Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者间亦有明显差异 (p<0 .0 1) .治疗后 ,依那普利组血ET明显降低 ,NO明显升高 (p<0 .0 5 ) ,Ⅱ期变化幅度较Ⅰ期大 (p <0 .0 5 ) .阿罗洛尔组ET、NO水平无变化 (p >0 .0 5 ) .结论 ET、NO在高血压发病中起重要作用 ,依那普利可改善血管内皮 ,阿罗洛尔则无此作用 . Objective Aim to discuss the significance of endothelin(ET) and nictric oxide(NO) in the pathogenesis and therary of essential hypertension(EH).Methods 60 cases were blockedly randomized to two monotherary groups.They were given enalapril 5~10mg or arotinolol 20~30mg per day respectively.Plasma levels of ET and NO were measured by radioimmunoassay before and after 6 weeks treatment.Results Before treatment,EH subjects hadhigher levels of ET and lower levels of NO(vs.control group, p<0.001 ).The levels of ET and NO in stageⅡ there were significance diffirence compared with that in stageI(p< 0.001 ) in every group. After a six-week treatment,blood pressure was decreased significantly(vs.preteatment,p<0.001)in two groups.In enalapril group,the levels of ET were decreared and that of NO increased(vs.pretreatment,p<0.001).In arotinolol group,the levels of ET and NO didn't change(vs.pretreatment,p>0.05).Conclusions ET and NO play an important role in the pathogenesis of EH.Enalapril can improve the function of vascular endothelium,while arotinolol don't do so.
