摘要
规范中对配筋砌块建筑的适用高度的限制,很大程度上是因为当前最常用的190mm厚砌块难以满足高于60m的建筑物所需的承载力要求。结合试验成果,将290mm厚砌块引入到配筋砌块高层建筑的实践中,建成我国首栋采用290mm厚砌块的建筑物。工程外墙采用290mm厚砌块,内墙采用190mm厚砌块,通过完善的设计与分析,探索290mm厚度砌块在应用中的问题,并为将来建设更高的配筋砌块建筑积累经验。
Applicable maximum height for reinforced block structure is restricted by code due to the insufficient bearing capacity of 190mm thick block. Based on test results, 290mm thick block is used in practice of reinforced block high-rise building to embrace the born of first building with 290mm thick block in China. In this building, 290mm thick blocks are used for exterior wall and 190mm thick blocks for interior wall. Through comprehensive analysis and design, questions of 290mm thick block in the application was explored to accumulate experience for the construction of higher reinforced block buildings in the future.
